- Step 2: Browse through the categories
- Step 3: Select the product you want to buy and add it to the cart
- Step 4: You can continue shopping to add additional items to the cart or proceed to checkout
- Step 5: Now Register/Login or checkout as a guest
- Step 6: Enter your shipping address if you are new customer or select shipping address if registered customer
- Step 7: Select payment method and complete the payment process<
- Step 8: After payment you will be redirected to the payment success page and also receive an email confirming your order.
Can I come and see the items before placing the order online?
At this point we don’t have any physical store or don’t keep any merchandise on display in our warehouse.
How do I check my order status?
Registered users can track the order from ‘My Account’ page after they login. Users who have placed the order as guest can use ‘Track Order’ on homepage. We will mail you the name of the courier company and the tracking number of your consignment once your order is shipped.
There are two ways to view the status of your order
1. View the status of a order by entering your order number on the Shipping Options page.
2. Sign in to your account and review your complete order history

How can I buy using Cash-On-Delivery option?
We offer Cash-On-Delivery (COD) on orders upto Rs 5000/-. Beyond Rs 5000/- we will accept only electronic means of payments.
- COD option is available where our courier partners allow.
- On some locations if COD is not available, then electronic payment is the only option.
- Select the 'Cash on Delivery' option.
- Please take care to ensure that you have entered your correct mobile number along with your shipping address. You will receive a verification call from our customer service team
- Once you confirm the order, it will be processed for shipment
- On receiving the consignment, please pay the invoice amount in cash to the courier delivery person.

All our products will be shipped free of charge.
The delivery timelines for your product would depend on your shipping address.
We make every effort to process your order within 48 hours it is placed. Once your order is shipped it normally takes 2-3 working days in major metro cities. For other locations however, the delivery may take up to 5 to 6 working days.
For certain remote geographies the time for delivery may even exceed 7 days.
EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICYAt StudioActiv, we want to make sure that your online shopping experience is great in terms of range, price and delivery. We understand that that there could be situations where you might want to return your purchase , we will facilitate the returns as explained below.
All Items being returned or exchanged should be in an unworn and unused condition purely for hygiene reasons which we're sure everyone will appreciate.
I bought an item from your website. But this is not what I want. Can I give it back?
Yes, you can. But we do have some limitations for accepting back sold Items. The date of delivery and the date of return should not be more than 7 calendar days apart. Please make sure that the returned item(s) is/are in an unused state along with all the product tags and labels intact.
It took more than 7 days for the product to reach me. I want to return the product.
We’re sorry it took so long for your order to reach you. We do not accept return due to courier delay.
But I opened the package seal. Will you take it back?
We will take back a purchase as long as item received is damaged & unused state along with all the product tags and labels intact.
What do I do? I received a damaged item
In the unlikely event this happens we will take back the damaged product and replace it with a new one. Please send us an email to email@example.com with a picture of the damaged product and the bar code label within 48hrs days of receiving it.
Who will bear the postal charges for goods returned?
If the goods are returned because of any product damage, StudioActiv will replace the product and bear the cost of return shipment. If the goods are returned because of personal choice changes - e.g. if you ordered a Blue T-shirt, but you now want a Grey one and wish to exchange it - Studioactiv would still exchange the item, but the return shipment cost would be borne by you.
Can I place an order for Exchange / Cancel before Shipment?
We do not accept cancellation, but you can exchange / replace the order before it is shipped.
If the Item exchange results in a refund, the difference will be transferred to your account/card within 7 days and an email sent confirming the same.
If you have not received your refund and it has been 7 working days since receiving your refund update email, please contact our service team or write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Are Discounts codes applicable on all items?
Discount codes are only applicable to "discountable" items which will be clearly identified on the website.

No—we do not have shops in India.
