I was introduced to 'Activ lifestyle' by a friend of mine more than fifteen years ago. Since then there's been no looking back.Over the years I went from just walking to running (multiple marathons), cycling , trekking, yoga and more. Staying active completely changed my life.I feel fitness impacts one's life at various levels. I am more energetic, have a general sense of well being and feel more focused. My biggest surprise was completely getting rid of any period pains from the time I got into fitness. Today I run a running and cycling group in Dehradun and believe fitness should be part of everyone's life.
